  My daughter told me about her experience at each of the three locations and invited me to attend a class with her in Danville. The instructor was Haylie Spencer. I have attended about 5 Beginner Yoga classes at the Y in the past two months. Haylie's class was what I have been looking for. She explained the breathing and the poses and her manner immediately put me at ease and allowed me to relax and move in to my body and the experience. I am excited about learning more from her. I signed up for the 5 classes below because of Haylie's manner of instruction. I went to the Danville class on Sunday morning and I plan to attend at least 4 more times.
